HoneyBook Pic-Time Promotion Full Terms

Offer valid from 12:00:01am PT on 10/30/23 until 11:59:59pm PT on 10/29/24 (the Promotion Period). Open only to legal residents of U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec). To receive the Offer, you must (i) maintain a Professional or Advanced Pic-Time Complete subscription for the entire duration of the 12-month Offer, (ii) buy an Eligible HoneyBook Subscription during the Promotion Period, and (iii) connect your Pic-Time account during the signup flow process. Offer not open to (a) existing HoneyBook subscribers; (b) former HoneyBook subscribers who cancelled within the last 90 days of promotion start date; or (c) any HoneyBook subscriber who cancels at any point during the Promotion Period. Offer valid on the HoneyBook’s Starter and Essentials subscription packages (the Eligible HoneyBook Subscriptions) purchased during the Promotion Period (the Offer), and provides (x) for monthly, free subscription for the first 12 consecutive months, or (y) for annual, free subscription for the first consecutive 12 months. You must buy a subscription before the Promotion Period ends to receive the Offer (i.e., if your 7-day free trial ends after the Promotion Period, you must have purchased a subscription by entering your billing info before 11:59:59pm PT

For monthly HoneyBook subscriptions, if you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, any changes to your subscription (price and available features) will be reflected in the month following when the change occurs. If you upgrade your subscription from Starter to Essentials, or downgrade from Essentials to Starter, within your first 12 consecutive months, you will still receive the free subscription pricing for however many months remain of the first 12 consecutive months of your subscription term, although the available features will change accordingly in the month following when the change occurs. If you upgrade your subscription to Premium within your first 12 consecutive months, the available features will change accordingly, and you will be charged the price applicable to a Premium subscription in the month following when the change occurs.

For annual HoneyBook subscriptions: (i) if you upgrade to Premium, the available features will change accordingly, we will charge you the following month for a new annual subscription at the full Premium pricing, and your 12 month annual subscription period will begin anew. If you upgrade from Starter to Essentials, the available features will change accordingly, and your free subscription will continue to apply until the end of the first consecutive 12 months from your original subscription start date); (ii) if you downgrade from Essentials to Starter, any changes to your subscription (price and available features) will be reflected once the original annual term ends.

For the first 12 consecutive months of a monthly subscription or an annual subscription, your subscription for Eligible HoneyBook Subscriptions (i.e.,Starter and Essentials) is free. After the free pricing ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current regular subscription price at the duration you selected (monthly or annual) until you cancel on your membership page (price subject to change).
