Submission by Tomayia Colvin:
After attending a Houston Tuesdays Together meet up, I was so excited to team up with the Houston creatives to some make styled shoot magic!
The floral design and styling were inspired by the Pantone colors of the year Serenity Blue and Rose Quartz. The studio’s blank palette and the natural light made it easy to create an ethereal look that would convey the love between the couple. The combination of soft peonies and exotic protea composed a juxtaposition between classic and modern wedding trends.
Catrina of Camel & Birdie says, “I drew inspiration from the color palette that was designed. I thought about the type of couple that would be interested in using Pantone’s color of the year and decided that they would be a very trendy couple, always with a finger on the pulse of the latest and greatest style, fashion, decor and party trends. They are interested in living life well and pride themselves on their thoroughly curated knowledge of what is happening in society around them. I picked names that I felt would reflect that well.”

Hibiscus Linens
Every piece of our linens is made by hand and combined with delicate traditional techniques to create beautiful linens for your home and your own guests.
Embroidery, crochet lace, and delicate hemstitching are the main techniques we routinely use for our collections. This combination defines the exquisite linens made by our passionate and committed crafters.
The techniques we use are almost nonexistent on today’s market due to the efforts and time it takes to produce each. All of our products are made in small batches to ensure the quality and the unique style of each. We pride ourselves on the craft of our linens which provide a perfect balance between detailed elegance and modern daily accents.
