I had the honor of heading up our collaborative styled shoot that you guys challenged us with and I am truly grateful for the experience it provided me. We are excited to share these images with you and hope you love the way it turned out as much as we did- but more so, we wanted to share about the experience we had working together with community over competition in mind. I speak on behalf on each of the vendors involved, that the movement that the Rising Tide has put into motion has literally changed our community. It’s changed the way we interact and do business, it’s building relationships even friendships. This movement is making waves in our city and we all feel honored to be a part of it.
I knew immediately when I began planning this shoot where I wanted it to take place. In the past month, Megan Martin and Sarah Eddy, two creative and inspiring entrepreneurs in our city, leapt into an adventure to open Cowork Creative, a coworking space in the heart of our city that provides inspiring working environment for creative entrepreneurs. Their focus is for each member to grow their business, elevate their client experience, plug into the creative community and open up doors for collaboration. It was the perfect backdrop for the shoot and encompassed everything that this shoot represented. The team that came together to create the shoot was a dream, and by the time we were done and wrapping things up, nobody wanted to leave- we truly just loved the time creating together, cheering one another on and cultivating the relationships that build up our community.
