Our new Financial Insights feature gives you instant visibility into how your rates stack up against similar businesses in your area. With this feature, you’ll receive data-driven recommendations on when to adjust your prices—so you’ll be able to maintain your competitive edge.

Client Portal 2.0

Elevate your professional image and take full control of your client experience with our completely reimagined Client Portal.
The client portal is great for collaborative projects with clients. It serves as a centralized hub for you and your client, and contains all the important information—such as a payments, files, and project messages
We’ve been listening to your feedback And now, our redesign introduces expanded branding capabilities that allow you to infuse your unique visual identity throughout the client portal. So, from every touchpoint, your clients will get your full brand experience. Additionally, we’ve added an overview page, so you and your client can see critical information instantly. We’ve also simplified the login experience for your clients and added the ability to enable and disable controls, so it’s that much easier for you to provide the best experience possible for your clients.

The new Projects Board in HoneyBook introduces a dynamic kanban-style board that transforms how you manage your workflow. With its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, you can effortlessly visualize your entire pipeline in one cohesive workspace. Easily track project statuses, manage pending tasks, and take immediate action with just a few clicks.
Library folders

Library folders help you organize all of your images and files into different folders and see all of them in one place.
Group scheduling
You asked, we listened. Now you can add multiple team members or collaborators to attend meetings—with everyone on the invite receiving meeting notifications.
All-in-one business management
Improved expense management

Expense tracking just got simpler. First, for automatic and ongoing expense tracking, you can now directly connect your bank or credit card to automatically upload and track expenses.
If you’re on the go, you’ll be able to snap pictures of receipts instantly in the mobile app (because we all lose track of receipts right after we get them). Now you can stay on top of your business finances and get real-time visibility into spending patterns without switching between multiple platforms.
Payroll for Contractors

Introducing Payroll for Contractors. With this new feature, you’re now able to pay 1099s directly through HoneyBook—automated, compliant, and hassle-free. Even better, you’re now able to manage payroll in the same place you manage your business—so you can get a full picture of your business finances.
